Fire Hydrant System
Being one of the oldest but yet the most effective and common firefighting solution. As pumps are the heart, Fire Hydrants are blood vessels of firefighting system. They make water available to all the parts of buildings. A fire hydrant is a pipe that allows water to flow from a water main with the control of a valve in order to put out a fire. It comprises of heavy duty above & underground piping with accessories.

Dry pipe and wet pipe are the two kinds of Fire Hydrants. The wet pipe fire hydrant holds a constant water supply, while the dry pipe fire hydrant needs to have a valve release to let water in.

Guidelines and approval for Hydrant System are available from various national and international organizations like: NBC, NFPA, TAC, BIS, FM and Local Fire Authorities.

Fire Water Pipe lines, Single Headed or double headed Fire Hydrant, Landing Valve, Hose Reel, Hose, Normal Bore Branch or Triple Purpose Branch, Hose box, Hydrant box are typical components of a fire hydrant Systems.

We at Viram Solutions are committed to provide you the best fire hydrant products available in the market which will also fit your pocket. Eminent manufacturers whose products we provide are JINDAL, GRAP, AAAG, which are BIS/FM/UL approved.
Sprinkler System
A fire sprinkler system is an active fire protection measure, consisting of a water supply system, providing adequate pressure and flow rate to a water distribution piping system, onto which fire sprinklers are connected.

Sprinklers are required to be installed to reduce potential property losses or business interruption. Each sprinkler activates independently when the predetermined heat level is reached. Because of this, the number of sprinklers that operate is limited to only those near the fire, thereby maximizing the available water pressure over the point of fire origin.

Fire Sprinkler Systems have been the biggest breakthrough in fire protection in the last 100 years. Fire sprinklers are the most effective method of protecting lives and property. Sprinkler systems are now recognized as being so effective they are being made mandatory in many situations.

It has been observed that, when automatic sprinklers are paired with other early warning fire/life safety systems, it becomes capable of reducing property damage, injuries, and death by more than 50%.
We at Viram Fire use high quality materials viz. pipes, alarm check valves, sprinkler heads from eminent manufacturers like JINDAL, which are BIS/FM/UL approved.
Water Spray System
Water Spray System is a special fixed pipe system connected to a reliable source of pressurised water supply and equipped with water spray nozzles for application on area / equipment to be protected. The system can be operated automatically by connection to an automatic detection and alarm system or manually, or both.

Water spray systems are generally used for fire protection of flammable liquid and gas storage tanks, piping, pumping equipment, electrical equipment such as transformers, oil switches, rotating electrical machinery etc. and for protection of openings in fire walls and floors.

The piping system is connected to the water supply through an automatically actuated Deluge Valve, which initiates flow of water. Automatic actuation is achieved by operation of automatic detecting equipment installed along with water spray nozzles. There are two types of systems namely High Velocity and Medium Velocity systems.

We at Viram Solutions offer best Design & Engineering of an integrated HVW / MVW spray system. Our designed system in accordance to international standards is an arrangement of Piping, Deluge & Automatic Value, Nozzle, Q.B. Detectors etc. to make an automatic or manually actuated fixed pipe system connected to a water supply to provide a specific water discharge and distribution over the protected surface of area.
Fire Extinguishers
A fire extinguisher is an active fire protection device used to extinguish or control small fires. It is not intended for use on an out-of-control fire, such as one which has reached the ceiling, or which endangers the user (i.e, no escape route, smoke, explosion hazard, etc.) which otherwise requires the expertise of a fire department.

A fire extinguisher consists of a hand-held cylindrical pressure vessel containing an agent which can be discharge using a gas cartridge or stored pressure (agent) to extinguish a fire. They are an invaluable aid in preventing a fire incident from escalating and to assist in your planned emergency response actions until the fire department arrives.

According to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), fires can be diminished by the use of a fire extinguisher. In approximately 80% of all fire incidents, this red cylinder of fire extinguisher, is all that is needed to put out the fire.

Viram Solutions can provide you with quality inspection, service and installation solutions to keep your commercial fire extinguishers up to date and operating properly for when you need them the most. Our quality customer care provides commercial fire extinguisher hydrostatic pressure testing, refilling services and installations from reputed manufacturers.
Fire Alarm System
Installing a fire alarm is one of the most prudent measures you need to take to minimize your fire risk. A combination of smoke and heat detectors, sirens and bells, and strobe lights detect fires and alert occupants, giving them ample time to evacuate in an orderly fashion. It is important to select the right type of fire alarm(s) for the types of threats a business may face based on machinery, product inventory types, facility usage, etc. We at Viram Solutions are committed to provide you the best fire alarm products available in the market which are BIS/FM/UL approved which are appropriate and which will completely suffice your need.
Fire Doors
A fire door is a door with a fire-resistance rating (sometimes referred to as a fire protection rating for closures) used as part of a passive fire protection system to reduce the spread of fire and smoke between separate compartments of a structure. We are experts in recommending which form of fire door is best for you and provide you with a reliable fire door that is fully compliant wit h current regulations viz. BIS/FM/UL.
Signages
Signages are like language used to communicate in an emergency situation. They refer to the design or use of signs and symbols to communicate the required message to people. Signs are any kind of visual graphics created to display information. In case of emergency, signages play a crucial role in guiding people to either fire exit, assembly point or can help to locating a fire extinguisher or first aid box. Signages are also used to prohibit certain hazardous activities in particular area it is erected like smoking, naked flames, etc.
Gaseous Fire Suppression System
The conventional fire sprinkler systems are meant for typical office and residential setup. However, if your business concerned with sensitive electronic gadgets and devices, water can harm them as badly as fire or smoke. Moreover, it can lead to the further spread of fire rather than extinguishing it. Here’s when a gas fire suppression system comes into play. Critical operation rooms like data centers, server rooms, power stations, electrical rooms, museums, sensitive material storage, etc. should be safeguarded with a gas fire suppression system. This technology uses gaseous suppression agents to minimize the disruption caused by the fire.

The system typically consists of the agent, agent storage containers, agent release valves, fire detectors, fire detection system (wiring control panel, actuation signaling), agent delivery piping, and agent dispersion nozzles.

We are experts in recommending which form of fire suppression is best for you and our field technicians are highly skilled, ready to provide you with service for a reliable gas suppression system that is fully compliant with current regulations, maintained to the highest of standards at all times. Following are the types of Gas Fire Suppression Systems we supply:

Air Sampling Smoke Detection
An Air Sampling Detector consists of a piping or tubing distribution network that runs from the detector to the area(s) to be protected. An aspiration fan in the detector housing draws air from the protected area back to the detector through air sampling ports, piping, or tubing. At the detector, the air is analyzed for fire products. Air Sampling Smoke Detectors are capable of detecting a fire at its earliest stage.

Traditional "spot-type" detectors passively detect smoke or heat in their immediate area. Air Sampling Smoke Detectors actively pulls room air through a piping network to its detection chamber where it can detect the presence of particles that are created in the very early stages of combustion, even before smoke is visible.

We at Viram Solutions can provide you with the most appropriate Air Sampling Smoke Detector according to your need.
Video Image Smoke Detection (VISD) System:
Video image smoke and fire detection (VISD) consists of a digital video camera coupled with a computer running video analytic software which can recognize smoke and fire in the image. VISD systems can monitor large volumes to look for visible indications of a fire.

THE FIRE ALARM CODE SAY ABOUT USING VISD:
· NFPA 72 recognizes both video image smoke and flame detection.
· System hardware and software components must be UL listed as a smoke detector.
· It must be installed under a performance based design.
· Refer to manufacturer's installation and performance information to achieve an engineered design based on the specific product being applied to the protected space .
· Systems must be secured from unauthorized changes.

MOST COMMON APPLICATIONS FOR VISD:
Using this technology makes the most sense in large volume spaces, typically with a minimum ceiling height of 15 feet. It’s also typically applied when protecting high value assets, whether it’s a process, a piece of equipment that's expensive or some sort of space that has a high value per square foot and must be monitored via video.

Linear Heat Sensing Cable
Linear Heat Sensor cable is a flexible, durable and cost-effective fixed temperature fire detector, suitable for protecting a wide range of commercial and industrial fire applications where spot-type heat detectors are unsuitable. Simple and easy-to-install, the LHS cable connects directly to the fire alarm panel initiating circuit. A short circuit along the LHS cable indicates a zone alarm condition. The LHS cable is available in a variety of operating temperatures and jackets.
The heat from a fire causes the LHS cable’s special insulation to melt at a specific temperature, allowing the two conductors to short together, thus creating an alarm condition on the fire control panel.
